Intention

This emotive, expressive abstract painting was inspired by the ocean and all that is hidden beneath. The light area is inviting, drawing you in to investigate. A layer of aerosol is revealed in some sections. I used a fast and loose ‘wet-on-wet’ painting technique for the acrylic. I enjoy experimenting and pushing the bounds of my art practice.
