QEII Canvas 2025 17-21 March

QEII Canvas 2025 invites the QEIIMC community – including patients, visitors, and staff – to contribute to a unique public art experience. This initiative will transform the Physiotherapy Garden at Sir Charles Gairdner Hospital into a calming Zen Space that celebrates creativity, cultural heritage, and inclusivity.

Selected submissions by community will be painted onto rocks and cemented into the Zen Space garden bed during Harmony Week 17-21 March 2025, creating a shared legacy on campus. During Harmony Week I’ll be on site with some talented emerging WA artists and we’ll be hand painting the selected designs onto rocks. Hope to see you in the Physiotherapy Garden to watch the installation process!  More info here.

Sample artworks by Sioux and Maddi_B_Artworks  show the creativity and cultural diversity that QEII Canvas aims to capture.
